How do I return?

- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email if your return is accepted
- We will be in touch with you to arrange a collection
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.
- They must be in original condition
- In the original packaging
Are there any charges for return?
- There are no additional charges for return
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your Force Fitness purchase, you can return the item(s) for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase provided all items are in their original packaging with all tags attached to them.
We offer free returns on goods within the UK. Customers returning outside of the UK will be responsible for the cost of the return. Returns must be made within 30 days from the delivery date. All returns must be in 'brand new condition' both unwashed and unworn and, crucially, with the item(s) tags still attached.
Any item can be returned, for any reason, as per your statutory rights.
All items and components are subject to inspection and refunds are only issued after said inspection.
Returning an online purchase
Once your items are received at our warehouse it can take up to 15 working days to process refunds. Funds will be credited back to the original method of payment and can take up to 72 hours to appear in your account.
Exchanges will be processed in 2-3 days. Should the item you want no longer be in stock you will be contacted by a member of the Customer Support team.
Should you believe an item purchased from Force Fitness to be faulty, please get in contact via force-fit.co.uk/pages/contact-us and don't forget to include your order number in your message.
Items deemed to be truthfully faulty by our team will be fully refunded, or a replacement will be offered where available. Items deemed not to be faulty will be returned to the customer after inspection.
