Once your order has gone into the processing stage, we are usually unable to amend it or cancel it unfortunately. Please contact the support team using the contact form above, who will check to see if it’s possible for you. Please note, as a business we operate over 12 business hours of the day with multiple dispatch times in one day, dispatching hundreds of parcels a day so it isn’t always possible to cancel or amend an order.
In this case, our system has flagged your transaction as a suspected risk of fraudulent transaction as some of the details given do not match the details held by the card provider which was used to make the payment. You can of course place a new order, but please pay careful attention to the shipping and billing address provided, along with the card information. The system des not tell us why your order has been cancelled for security reasons. We’re sorry if this has caused any inconvenience but we have to keep everyone safe.
Please note it can take up to 14 days to process returns once your parcel has been received at our warehouse. Your return needs to be checked and assessed bt the returns team which can take some time at peak periods. We have 2 options. You can choose a 2-3 business days service which is £2.95, or upgrade to a next business day delivery service for £4.95.
UK Mainland orders over £100 will include Free 2-3 day delivery.
All orders over £100 will receive free delivery to mainland UK locations and is automatically applied at checkout. This delivery service is 2-3 business days. If you require next day delivery, please choose the option at checkout which is a chargeable service at £4.95.
We don't recommend that any of our products are left outside for any extended time. The powder coating we use is super high quality, but eventually, Mother Nature will find a way in and will damage the paintwork. This doesn't affect the performance of the equipment, but it will change the product aesthetically, and will also void the warranty.
One or 2 days outside at a time shouldn’t be an issue. We do know that some customers have used an anti-rust spray which has worked well for them
