Our vests are made from durable high-density fabric and can withstand the most punishing workouts, obstacle course races and outdoor conditions. They are designed to make your workouts harder and force your muscles to adapt to the new intensity. Training in a vest will rapidly improve your fitness in bodyweight and gymnastics movements and give you even more of a competitive edge. This is an essential tool for any functional fitness athlete. You can vary the weight of your vest by taking plates out or adding more in, giving you unrivaled versatility. The 15kg, 20kg, and 40kg, come with multiple plate sets for this. All orders come with your chosen colour of weighted vest, premium powder coated steel plate sets to the selected weight, and a free Force Fitness velcro patch.
Our standard 7kg vest has 2x 2.5kg plates and the 10kg vest has 2x 4kg plates. For those requiring heavier vests, the 15kg vest has 2x 2.5kg plates and 2x 4kg plates, whilst the 20kg has 4x 2.5kg plates and 2x 4kg plates. However, our 40kg vest has an immense 8x 4kg plates and 2x 2.5kg plates - for those truly wishing to push themselves beyond any limit.

Great Vest for Walking or workouts

This is a great weighted vest for walking although be prepared to field questions about why you are wearing a bullet proof vest or stab vest! Although in some parts of the country they are probably needed (they aren't in my little village). Really comfortable, havent worn for workouts as yet but doesnt seem like the weights would move around (unlike the Pro fitness from Argos that this replaced). Dispatch was really quick I had it the next day and actually despit it being £120 its pretty good value tbh as seems very well made.

Fantastic Product

Firstly, the good stuff, does what it says on the tin, well made, quality vest, robust and comfortable to wear. However, I had to make adjustments, so it would fit my frame. Fortunately, there is a YouTube video, but what a fiddly process and the wire which runs through the vest on both sides would not travel down the grooves as described, so consequently, it took me considerable time and effort to put the vest back together. But since then, no further issues and in fact have been so impressed, bought my wife one, which fortunately didn't require any adjustment. Recommended purchase.
