Army Green Weighted Vest

The Force Weighted Vest is built tough — designed for load-bearing training, not just light wear. It uses high-quality materials suited for real workouts, and its design allows insertion of upgrade plates so you can increase load over time. The vest is framed by military-inspired styling with reinforced stitching and structure to handle rigorous use.

The vest is sold in a base 7 kg variant. There are plate upgrade sets available so you can increase the weight as your training progresses.

Our standard 7kg vest has 2 x 2.5kg plates and the 10kg vest has 2 x 4kg plates. For those requiring heavier vests, the 15kg vest has 2 x 2.5kg plates and 2 x 4kg plates, whilst the 20kg has 4 x 2.5kg plates and 2 x 4kg plates.

It is “one size fits all,” with adjustability for chest sizes 30–63 inches. That means it should fit a wide range of body types (XS through XXXL) when properly adjusted.

To maintain balance and comfort, distribute the weight evenly between front and back. Keep plates or weights high and snug against your torso to reduce shifting during movement.

Given that the base vest is 7 kg and upgrade plates are available, starting with the 7 kg base is a safe approach. You can begin by using that and gradually add more weight via plate sets as your strength and conditioning improve.

Yes. The vest’s structure supports dynamic motion. With good strap adjustment, it can stay stable during both rucks and faster movements. The design is intended for hybrid and functional training use.

Use a damp cloth with mild soap to wipe the vest down after use. Avoid full machine washing or harsh chemicals that can degrade the materials. Let it air-dry completely before storing or loading with plates again.
