Just starting out with weighted walking, so far so good! Speedy delivery, unfortunately I wasn't in but package left with elderly neighbour... Poor guy almost herniated himself carrying it over to me before I got to collect!
Bought the 20kg vest so I can work my way up. First walks I am using 7kg and will increase as and when I feel necessary. One thing as others have also said is some instructions would be great! Zero idea how to even put it on or add the weights in but after playing about figured things out abit. Haven't yet figured how to add the water bag I ordered but haven't needed it yet so haven't tried that hard.

Done about 20 kms now if varying durations with this ruck pack and some deadlifts of 140kg with the same
Pros
Very good build quality
Sits well for my height of 5’10”
Use if for a flat plate of 20kgs
There is an internal pocket where the plate fits quite snugly
Cons
Running with this pack causes weight shifts which is a bit irritating and causes imbalance. This is mainly because the elastic on the inner pocket doesn’t hold the plate while running
Suggestions- introduction of two buckled straps inside the pack which helps to further tighten the plate will prevent the plate movement
Also when the tread mill inclines are at between 10-18 setting the weight tends to lean back and move due to the steep incline
Am planning to get some buckled straps custom stiched
The second thing I miss is the lower straps across the abdomen which really could help when running
Other than that the material is super and doesn’t chafe the shoulders
Has a listed capacity of upto 60kgs carry
At 20 kgs inspite of the padding the traps do go a bit numb for me after a few km but then that could be just me!
Either ways totally recommended and would give it a 4🌟 out of five 🤙

I ordered a Rucking Backpack which unfortunately had a damaged zip on the main compartment.
I contacted customer services and within a couple of hours they had arranged a replacement which was delivered the next day.
I've only used the backpack for a couple of days for short walks (a couple of miles to work) but it feels comfortable and is well made.
I'm also using it as my work backpack and there's plenty of room for my laptop and other bits and pieces.
Thanks to Vicky in customer services for excellent comms and getting things sorted quickly.
After sales are excellent and the weighted vest is a very robust quality item. It has only been seven days since receipt of the vest and I am already feeling the benefits of using it well my body is aching in all the right areas!
